Key UX/UI Design Features
Business Dashboard (Trends + Order Overview)
A management dashboard that surfaces trending products, active customers, and key order KPIs. Built to support day-to-day decisions with clear, scannable insights
Patient Clinical Follow-up
A clinical follow-up view that tracks vitals like blood pressure over time with quick time ranges and readable trends. Keeps patient context accessible for faster reviews and better continuity of care.
Order Management Table (Customer Orders)
Enterprise-ready order management with search, filters, status tags, and quick actions. Helps teams process high volumes while keeping every order traceable and easy to follow.
Quick Add to Cart (POS Product Grid)
A searchable product grid built for speed: adjust quantities in one click and keep cart details clear during busy counter workflows. Designed to reduce misclicks and speed up order creation.
Split Payments and Invoicing (Checkout)
Split a single receipt into multiple payment lines and choose the method for each one (cash, card, Apple Pay). Totals stay visible at all times, making checkout faster and invoicing easier to reconcile.
Final observations
The original system was simplified with an emphasis on usability with a clean, intuitive interface, reducing cognitive load and enabling users to complete tasks more efficiently. This resulted in smoother pharmacy operations and enhanced patient care.
The responsive design ensures pharmacists can seamlessly access the system across devices, improving workflow flexibility.
